This service focuses on carrying out practical repairs to common faults affecting everyday devices, including power, connection, and usability issues.
 
Pricing:
Our initial service charge is £70, covering a £30 non-refundable booking fee and the first hour of support £40.
 
Should the work take longer than one hour, any additional time will be charged at £35 per hour.
 
Final pricing depends on the device type, repair complexity, and parts required. Replacement parts are not included unless agreed in advance.

Our step-by-step process:
 1.    Send photos of the device (front and back) plus the serial number.    
 
2.    We source the parts from one of our trusted wholesalers.
 
 3.    We keep you updated on delivery. Once the parts arrive, we’ll arrange a date to collect the device and begin the repair. We aim to return your device back to you within 24–48 hours, depending on the job and complexity.
 
Please note:
​​​​​​​Repairs are limited to non-invasive, serviceable components. Internal component-level repairs, sealed units, or manufacturer warranty repairs may not be possible and will be advised before work begins.
